Down on the Farm

When Jessica chose their family farm as her shooting location of choice, I was all smiles.  Beautiful hay fields and country roads are perfect for a family session. Little Garrett was so content running around in his blue jean bibs.

Thank you Andrew, Jessica and Garrett for allowing me to capture these memories.

Brandon is a true example of why I love working with children.  Most children are naturals in front of the camera.  I just let them play and be who they are and before I know it, they forget I'm taking their picture.  I love capturing those true emotions they show.

Possibly the number one fan of Ricky Skaggs, Brandon sang me one of his favorite tunes during the session.  Brandon loves attending bluegrass concerts and loves strumming on his banjo and mandolin.

Sweet, loving and fun!  Brandon is all of that and more!

Thank you Paul and Shelly for allowing me to photograph your amazing little man.

Scott Family

Since I opened my photography business a little over two years ago, I've been reunited with so many friends from my childhood.  I was very excited to hear from Miranda when she contacted me to schedule family pictures.  Miranda and I go way back.  I won't say how far back or I may end up telling my age.  We twirled baton together...yes...baton.  Baton twirling was very popular back in my day.  As for Tommy, we attended school together for many years.   It was so nice to see them again and meet their beautiful children and their five month old bulldog Maddie.

Maddie was a natural in front of the camera.  Every time the Scott family gathered for a picture, she would lay down right in front of them. She definitely wasn't camera shy.

Here are a few of my personal favorites from the Scott family's session.  I hope you enjoy them.
