Shriver Family

Oh Goodness!  Prior to this session, I can't even remember the last time I saw Rachel.  We go WAY back to baton twirling and cheerleading.  It was so nice to see her and meet her beautiful family.

Joey and Rachel chose and indoor/outdoor combo session.  Since newborn sessions take longer than a usual session with older children, we broke up the indoor and outdoor session into separate days.  This is much less stressful on the family.

Thank you Joey and Rachel for allowing me to capture these precious memories!

{Colin & Emily} Engagement Session

When I first met this couple, the love between them was so obvious.  Since Colin lives seven hours away, he was in route at the initial meeting.  When he arrived to our meeting, the connection between Colin and Emily was very strong.  The look in her eyes was the look of LOVE.  There really was a twinkle in her eye.  I will never forget that.  It really made me realize how much I love my job.

I always ask couples these questions....."What is it about my work that you are drawn to?", "Why did you choose me as your Photographer?"  Colin's response was, "Your images are timeless." "Twenty-five years from now, we will still love them because the color is true and the images are sharp."  That really made me smile because that is how I want my images to be remembered and portrayed.

These two really amazed me at their engagement session.  They were so willing to have fun and enjoy the moment.

This fun loving couple will tie the knot on August 31, 2013.  I can't wait to be included in their special day!
